Hunt Travels is the English translation of the closest approximation in American Sign Language for the word “Adventures”, according to the Ameslan book by my former teacher, Lou Fant.
Thus the name of this blog.
Turning 60 was like the last call bell, prompting me to put down what stories still remain in my battered brain. I’m now a super-annuated hippie who’s still trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up. To that end, my adventures are myriad and episodic as I hunt for my “best” life, traveling to where the circumstances compel me. These stories, then, are my life’s opus I suppose.
So here.
